1. Service Description

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ClauseGuard Lite service ("ClauseGuard Lite", "we", "us", or "our"). ClauseGuard Lite is the trading name and service provider for this service. ClauseGuard Lite is a scenario-limited contract risk signal scanning tool. It highlights potential risk signals based on a selected scenario. Outputs are risk signals, not conclusions. The output is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. Accuracy and completeness are not assured.

2. No Legal Advice

ClauseGuard Lite does not provide legal advice. Use of this service does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Users are responsible for their own decisions and interpretations.

3. Usage & Credits

Each analysis consumes one credit. Free usage is subject to daily and monthly limits. Paid credits are consumed before free credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Refund Policy

Payments for ClauseGuard Lite are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. For more information, please refer to https://www.paddle.com/legal/refunds

5. Privacy

No account registration is required. Contract content is not stored after analysis. The service uses an anonymous identifier for quota and usage control only.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in a neutral jurisdiction.
